In line with the latest government guidelines and national restrictions on non-essential retail businesses, our car showroom will remain closed until 12th April.

However, our garage/workshop remains open during this period as an essential business supporting customers for MOT, essential maintenance, servicing and parts for vehicles. Customers with existing bookings during this period are welcome to attend their appointment as planned, unless we contact you otherwise. Our aftersales team will be prioritising new bookings for healthcare & other key workers, vehicle emergencies, and undertaking essential vehicle repair work. Please be aware that we are operating strictly on an appointment-only basis so we ask that you contact us to book your appointment before visiting the dealership. For your peace of mind, we are very happy to offer you a “contactless” experience for your service appointment.

Although our car showroom is closed to customers, our sales department are still very much “open for business” with our sales team working remotely and available to assist with your new and used vehicle enquiries. You can contact us via telephone, email, or via our website livechat & text facility and we’re always very happy to answer any questions you may have. Our website is up-to-date with our latest vehicle stock and you are still able to reserve a vehicle of interest, plus we offer a “Click & Collect” service for new and used vehicle sales if you would like to purchase and collect your vehicle during the lockdown period – please feel free to contact the sales team for further information.

For the safety of our staff and customers, our premises and processes have been modified in accordance with COVID-19 government guidance to ensure that social distancing measures are in place, our staff are temperature and symptom checked daily, and we have protective screens, additional PPE, cleaning, protection and hygiene procedures in place for staff and vehicles in our care, in line with the Ford Care Code. We are also very happy to offer you a 'minimum contact' experience for both service & vehicle sales.
